We're pretty far into the first part of this expansion, and that means many of us are already Exalted or close to Exalted with the new Cataclysm reputations. This means that we might not need to do daily quests for Therazane, Wildhammer/Dragonmaw, Ramkahen, or Baradin's Wardens/Hellscream's Reach. While I highly recommend continuing to do some of these dailies (especially the ones for the Tol Barad faction you're allied with), like me, you may find yourself with room to do some extra dailies.

I've been going back and doing the Argent Tournament dailies, and I think, especially if you're a newer player like me, this is really important to do. Why?

1. The Argent Crusader's Tabard. Purchased with 50 Champion's Seals, and requiring the Crusader title to purchase, this is a really useful bit of kit if you're a non-mage and too cheap to shell out for one of the Kirin Tor rings. Why? Not only will it cut out transportation costs to continue doing your Argent Tournament dailies, but it makes it much quicker for you to get to Northrend to, say, farm Northrend herbs or ore, or to swing by Dalaran to pick up vendor items to auction off.

2. Heirloom armor. I started playing last July, and had been level 80 for less than a month when Cataclysm dropped. I play a hybrid class, so I'm using my Justice Points to gear up two specs, and at this point I don't raid outside of Baradin Hold PuGs, so I feel no need to run heroics when I don't feel like it. So I don't exactly have a ton of spare JP just lying around to blow on heirloom gear. But I want to level my alts quickly to gain access to more max level professions to enhance my goldmaking. Luckily, I have access to the Crusader's quartermaster, and she sells me heirloom armor for Champion's Seals instead.

3. Argent Tournament Pets. Since a lot of people aren't doing the Argent Tournament dailies anymore, not as many people are selling the pets. (Purchasable with Champion's Seals, and do not require that you be a Crusader.) With the introduction of a new pet achievement in either 4.1 or 4.2, you can bet you'll be able to sell these. This goes double if you have a system set up to sell items cross-faction.

4. Reputation. Not only will doing these dailies allow you to increase your reputation with five of the six Alliance or Horde factions (sorry, goblins and worgen!), but they also raise your Alliance Vanguard/Horde Expedition rep. Between fully questing in Borean Tundra and doing these dailies every day, I quickly got myself to Exalted with the Alliance Vanguard. Have an engineer that you want to buy the Chopper/Mechanohog recipe with? Make them your toon that does these dailies.

5. Gold. Straight up, if you're taking the Champion's Purse instead of the Champion's Writ for the four Champion's dailies, you will be getting over 23g for each of those four dailies. The most gold you can get for any Cataclysm daily quest? The ones in Southern Tol Barad give 18g80s, and that requires that your faction have Tol Barad during your usual play time. The rest of the Argent Tournament dailies give around 13g, which is about how much you get for most of the Wildhammer/Dragonmaw dailies.
